Welcome to Sundara Sensation Massage. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

Sundara Sensation Massage offers a variety of massage therapies, body treatments, and wellness services. All services are conducted by trained professionals in a professional and respectful manner.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 and above. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Booking and Appointments

• Appointment Confirmation: A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is partially refundable if you cancel in advance, with a 2% processing fee applied to the refund amount.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. If canceled before 24 hours, a 2% processing fee will be deducted, and 98% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.

4. Payment Terms

• Accepted Methods: We accept UPI and Cash.
• Secure Payments: All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways. We do not store your payment details.
• Deposits: In some cases, we may require an advance payment to confirm your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total bill, with the remaining balance due after the session is completed.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Cancellations: If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, 80% of your advance payment will be refunded after deducting a 2% processing fee. If canceled within 24 hours, no refund will be given.
• No Refund for Late Cancellations: Deposits for no-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
• Service Cancellations by Sundara Sensation Massage: If your appointment is canceled by Sundara Sensation Massage due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the deposit, including the processing fee, will be provided.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Health Information: It is the responsibility of the client to inform the therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the session begins. Sundara Sensation Massage is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed health conditions.
• Code of Conduct: We maintain a professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment, aggressive conduct, or requests outside of agreed terms, will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund. Further action may be taken if necessary.
• Confidentiality: Your personal details are kept confidential as per our Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

By booking with us, you consent to the use of your data for service-related communication and delivery. We do not share or sell your information to third parties, except as required by law or to trusted partners for service provision.

8. Therapist Rights

Our therapists reserve the right to terminate any session if they feel uncomfortable or threatened. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9. Liability

We take appropriate security measures, including data encryption, to protect your information. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. Sundara Sensation Massage is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed health conditions, and by using our services, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee complete data security.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
